Keep the model numbers with the request

Start with the model code from the product page. If you are comparing several styles, list each code separately and explain whether you need a quotation for all of them or help choosing between them. A screenshot is helpful when it is accompanied by the model number.

Similar-looking products can have different interiors. For example, X-FH5 is listed for earrings, while the separate J21 model uses a ring-slot insert. Referencing the intended model avoids treating an exterior resemblance as a match for your jewelry.

Give quantities per model and destination

Provide the quantity you are considering for each model, and separate any proposed color or branding variations. If the quantity is still an estimate, say so. It is a statement of your requirement, not confirmation of a minimum order or an accepted order.

Include your country or delivery destination and any date that matters to your project. Those are details for discussion; a requested date does not establish an available production or delivery schedule. Quotation, sampling and delivery arrangements need to be confirmed for the actual request.

Describe what the packaging needs to hold

Name the jewelry types and provide the dimensions that matter for the fit. For a case holding several pieces, describe the intended combination and internal arrangement. JT0014 includes a watch cushion; JT0015 has a movable ring-slot insert. Choose based on the pieces you intend to hold, not only the outside appearance.

If you need a different interior or a feature that is not listed, describe it as a request. We can discuss the requirement with the supplier before confirming whether it is available.

Keep the branding brief specific

Include your logo or artwork reference, the proposed placement and any preferred color or finish. State whether you want the same branding across all models. Personalization options are checked for the selected products, so the enquiry should distinguish a preference from an already confirmed option.

A short checklist before you send

Use the contact form to select a model and add the remaining references in your message. If you are still choosing, explain your jewelry range and the decision you need help with. A focused question is enough to start a useful conversation.

  • Your name, business and contact email.
  • Selected model codes and quantities per model.
  • Jewelry dimensions and intended arrangement.
  • Preferred colors and any requested changes.
  • Artwork, placement and personalization requirements.
  • Delivery destination and any requested project date.
