Start with the ring arrangement
Decide whether the presentation needs to hold one ring or a pair. JT0031 is described as a velvet box with an insert for two rings. J136 has an octagonal form and a single-ring insert. These are different arrangements, even though both belong to the ring box collection.
A photographed ring is a presentation example, not a fit test for every piece in your range. Share the band width and setting dimensions of the actual jewelry. If several ring designs need to use one box, identify the pieces that differ most in size so they can be considered before a sample is selected.
Compare the form, finish and opening
Use each model’s photographs and listed description to compare the exterior and the way the box opens. JT0037 is a faceted velvet presentation box with a hinged lid and fitted ring insert. JT0031 uses a burgundy velvet finish and paired arrangement.
Keep the exterior covering separate from the internal construction in your notes. If a shell material or measurement is not listed, ask about it rather than inferring it from the photograph. A color shown on one model should also not be treated as an available option for every other model.
Discuss branding against a selected model
Once you have a shortlist, reference the exact model numbers when describing your logo requirements. Include the artwork, preferred placement and the finish you have in mind. The personalization method needs to be confirmed for the particular product.
For a distributor’s range, it is useful to distinguish the base styles you want to offer from the branding requests you expect from your own customers. This gives the enquiry a clearer starting point without assuming that every box supports the same treatment.
Make the shortlist easy to review
A concise comparison is more useful than a folder of unlabelled screenshots. Keep each image with its model number, then separate confirmed product details from questions that still need an answer. If you request a sample, use the same model references when reviewing it against your jewelry.
